I'm trying to figure why this story has an impact on either side. Team Bush could have copies of these files as soon as they asked for them. Kerry has Hillary to provide him the same quick service. Only thing I see is obfuscation to cover something we may never know about. Or maybe it's just another Jason Blair situation that exists for no other reason than to provide grist for the RAT mill.
