The old "born that way " argument is so stupid. Everybody is different. I DO believe that some people may be born essentially "gay", transgenedered, whatever. Some people are born hard core straight, and then there are probably people in between who are turned gay by some insident, upbringing, or choice.

Making this a choice/no choice debate is close-minded on the part of the liberals and gays. I know the reason, they feel the NEED for their sexuality to be "born" into them so they can use the same defense/excuses as the disabled, or racial minorities.

Bah, my stepdaughter is a lesbian, but she and her partner are not the same with their sexuality. It is apparent that what drives their "preference" is different.

That pretty much nails it. You can't base minority status on a chosen behavior, or knuckle-crackers and comb-overs would be minorities, too.
