That's a little too long, perhaps. And 99.5% of Americans can't read the Greek letters in any event. It looks like some kind of Greek college fraterntiy thing, to me. I know that to US it looks cool, and we can read the Greek because we know what it says, but almost nobody else can.

I agree it might be better in a blockier shape but I like the Greek expression. It is just the thing to make people wonder just what it means.
I might mention that I have seen the expression a couple of times on tv although right off hand I can't recall where. It was not being used regarding gun control either.
I would like to see the short phrase taken over by us because we are the natural benefactors. It really was about surrendering and about giving up arms.
I guess the fact that I was a classics major for awhile might color my thinking (can't read Greek tho).
