Thanks for the update. The article on Yahoo said that the truck hit a concrete barrier as a result of the actions of a car...the way it was worded was peculiar...and I thought it odd that an oil tanker would explode as a result of impact...I would have thought that accidents were taken into consideration in the construction of safety measures to prevent this sort of thing from happening.
Peculiar. Especially in light of the upgraded security measures now.

From earlier threads today, the terror alert was put out 24 hours before the truck accident.
Note the numerous accidents along and near I-95 today. It's been a busy Friday.
