After those charges were dropped, Yee was reprimanded Monday after Guantanamo Bays commanding officer found him guilty of adultery and downloading pornography onto an Army computer. Yee has said he will appeal.

Nice, eh? Muslims are giving the military's chaplain corps a bad name.

**Last week, the Army dismissed all criminal charges against one of the four, Army chaplain Capt. James Yee. Government officials initially said they had linked Yee to a possible espionage ring, but they failed to build a capital espionage case against him. Instead, he had been charged with mishandling classified information and other counts. After those charges were dropped, Yee was reprimanded Monday after Guantanamo Bays commanding officer found him guilty of adultery and downloading pornography onto an Army computer. Yee has said he will appeal. **
It's my understanding Yee got an article 15 in this case. Further, he's in military interrogation custody for 30 days hooked up to a lie detector and being interrogated at will. Hopefully they can get to a big fish through his yapping. Then maybe he'll meet his demise in some obscure way in the future.
