There is an Air National Guard unit at RDU that have Apache's that are currently deployed in Afghanistan. Don't know about F-18s though.

Perhaps someone should point out to the national media and to Senator Kerry that being a National Guard pilot is not hazard-free duty.

There is an Air National Guard unit at RDU that have Apache's that are currently deployed in Afghanistan. Air National Guard doesn't fly Apaches. If they fly Apache's they must be Army National Guard.
