This program is really moving along. I have never seen a program move so fast and so under the radar (no pun intended.) The fact that there is almost none of the usual braying from our Democrat friends leads me to believe that their is a clear perception of danger.

Except for those fifty retired idiot Generals and Admirals who want the money shifted to the war on terror. I'd argue that missile-defense is a centerpiece of the war on terror, and these jackasses only carry on a long tradition of military brass fighting against new weapons systems and tactics.
