By the way, did Clarke apologize to the families of all those bombings under the Clinton administration? Did he apologize to those families in either his book or his TV interview? I guess those families don't count just the attacks under the Bush admin. I know this is a 9 -11 commission but they are all connected, after-all.

Great point! I also hate it when I see folks saying this is the "first Bush administration official" to apologize. How the hell would they know? Bush has met many of these families personally. You really think he wouldn't say "I'm sorry"? Please!
