The EU is harbouring known terrorists - namely the "Church of the Nativity" Terrorists - one of whom has robbed and bombed banks in the Netherlands. (I do assume though that he is in jail for these crimes. Kidnapping Christians and Jews in Bethlehem was apparently not sufficient grounds for his incarceration.) [BTW - auf Deutsch Geburtskircheterroristen)

Europe choses to handle terrorism as a criminal act. The terrorists have declared war on the west, and Europe choses to fight them with cops and the courts - great for catching the perpetrators, but rotten against preventing future acts. The cops / the courts DO NOT prevent terrorism, just as they do not prevent crimes from being committed.

To the two terrorists tried in Hamburg - one was tried, convicted, and then the conviction overturned - the other aquitted, althougn the judges said he was probably guilty. Both were "freed" based on a note which - contrary to what is gernerally said - stated nothing more than "no one knew the targets except for myself (Binalshib) and the Pilots." It has not even been proven that the note in question is from Binalshib - thus "evidence" has been created out of thin air.

The EU will NEVER deliver a known terrorist to the US for trial because the death penalty could be imposed.

The effectiveness of the German Courts in trying terrorists accused of plotting attacks outside of Germany is now quite renowned.

Some truth in your words, but also plotting terrorist acts or simply belonging to a terrorist network is enough to be send to jail for...
And as you might know, terrorists, such as RAF members habe been imprisoned for long terms. Some considered them political prisoners...
