And just how do the SECRET protocols have ANY bearing on the PROVEN guilt of the suspect?? AND the court overtuned the conviction BASED on that letter and that letter alone.
The other was aquitted on the same basis.
So, you also think it is okay that the EU harbours KNOWN terrorists??
To: An.American.Expatriate
That is the question in any criminal hearing...
Now you again suggest that the EU is harbouring known terrorists....
I have never stated anything like that...
I am against detention without a fair trial...in a fair trial anyone has the right to defend themselves...
One of them was proven guilty and accordingly detained.
The second was not proven to be guilty, there was no evidence of his participation in the attacks. So as long as PROVEN otherwise he is a suspect not a convicted PROVEN terrorist. EVERYONE IS THE SAME BEFORE THE LAW - A PRINCIPAL THAT HAS TO BE VALID FOR TERROR SUSPECTS AS WELL!!!!
IF someone is a known terrorist, and some other country issued a warrant he has to be delivered...if we can trie him, we will do so, if he is allready convicted there is no reason not to deliver him (is extradite the right term here?)
You still did not explain me the connection between the Bank robberies and the terrorists!
