A blog by some lawyers who saw the argument is predicting that he will lose 7-1; only Stevens showed any support for his position.

When is SCOTUS predicted to rule on this?

Sometime between now and the end of June. The Court finishes its term in late June, and almost never holds a case over from one term to the next.
