I recall reading at the time Bush entered office that he was worth $100 million. Maybe that was lamestream media guessing but $21 million is a lot less. It says that figure covers the spouse so that is obviously where the Kerry figure comes from. Where could you still have wealth not covered in the disclosure? Besides offshore havens that is.
