Sorry to keep wandering off-topic, but Kerry's on the Foreign Relations Committee, and in particular this sub-committee:
Sub-Committee on Western Hemisphere, Peace Corps & Narcotics Affairs.
That's got to be the oddest grouping of topic I've ever seen in a committee title.
