well, so far, the President's (ours, not their's, and yes there is still a difference... for now at least) proposal is just that, a proposal. I see the situation growing to the point that ALL AMERICANS will be directly affected by this. Then, the first political party (Constitution Party) to beat the drum loud enough is going to walk away with a HUGE majority block of votes that even illegal voting can not affect. Then you will see the SHTF.
