It's a love fest.
Richard Ben Venista tossed a few gentle
and flattering questions. Now John Kerrey
is offering his love, "you poor man what
nasty phone calls you have been getting, for
being so brave"
The retired Republican's are neutered.

Richard Clarke is a classic snake oil man and is typical of a very small group of government civilian workers, who because of time spent in service, were promoted far ahead of their abilities and capabilities. His assertion that our President was not doing anything about terrorism is a down right lie! As a matter of fact I can find nothing in the written record that Richard Clarke ever did that was of significance or value. (Why did he and former President Clinton not take decisive action against OBL when they had him in Africa?) His contribution to the book by Richard Miniter alleged that all of the terrorist activity was not taken care of because of President Clinton. He has now, in one year, changed his deformed mind and seeks to blame President Bush, for his and the former administrations actions. Further, I am given to understand that he did not attend the morning staff briefings that would have informed him of the ongoing national security concerns because he was in a fit of resentment over being demoted to a job that was still above his abilities and capabilities. To not believe that Richard Clarke is trying to help the terrorist of this world at the expense of the United States would be to believe that the world was flat.

Earlier I was listening to it on the radio. The democrats were clapping for things said that they liked.
As if our national security is cheap entertainment to them, or a wellstone funeral.
A team sport.
A joke.
To: Jewels1091
Now he's telling the Secret Service what to do!!!!!!!!

Ideally they'd let him perjure himself and then go after him later. But we all know better than that.
