The only chain burger place I like is In-n-Out burger. They make everything fresh, use real ingredients, and have friendly employees and clean restaurants.

Not true. There are several in Nevada and Arizona. I'm aware of three in Las Vegas; their handy pocket location guide lists seven.
Unfortunately, the new one in Washington, UT seems to have been delayed. Since that's where my in-laws live, I'm there quite a bit. It was supposed to have opened sometime this month, but AFAIK they haven't even broken ground yet.
