***Any loyal American should be offended by the CSA battle emblem.***
Reminds me of a poster a soldier had in the military.
It was a cartoon of a Confederate soldier with a battle flag. Towering over him was a Union soldier beating the reb on the head with the staff of the Union flag.
The Officers didn't like it and he was ordered to take it down.

lol...you know most people only wear them to piss off the easily offended, like you. If all the cry babies of the world would grow thicker skins, confederate flags wouldn't be nearly so appealing.

Any loyal American should be offended by the CSA battle emblem. Be offended all you want there scooter but we will always fly and wear our Confederate flag here in Dixie.

WHY should "loyal Americans" be offended over the CSA battle flag? The CSA did not oppress the Union States. The CSA was not the first to cross state boundaries and attack other states. The CSA merely wanted their independence and their legislative bodies voted accordingly. If anything, people of the states in the former CSA should be offended over the U.S. flag but they're not. They are proud of both.
Know why we are still proud of that banner? Because the graves of our ancestors who fought for independence are still right here among us and their blood flows through our veins. The validity of the cause can be debated but the bravery of our forefathers who took on and very nearly defeated an Army almost 3 times their size with less than one-quarter of the Union's industrial capacity gives us reason to have pride. We also honor our forefathers who fought for America's independence and in every other war under a U.S. flag. We HONOR BOTH.
I honor their courage just as you should honor the courage of those who fought for the Union. For us to pay that homage makes us no less loyal than you. In fact, take a look at the Armed Forces and the region of the country where they are held in highest regard. It has a distinctly Southern flavor. Can you name any significant anti-American or anti-war protests that occured in the South? NO? Yet you dare question our loyalty because we are proud of our heritage as BOTH Americans and those who fought for independence?

I take it you don't appreciate Civil War reenactments? Or should both sides use the Stars and Stripes?
