-BUSH decided to increase by 5 times the funding for its battle against Al Qaeda

-BUSH changed policy towards Pakistan

-BUSH changed policy towards the Northern Alliance

-BUSH did decide to elimnate Al Qaeda

-BUSH was briefed throughout the Procss of policy meetings on how to handle Al Qaeda

Questioner states that there was a lot that bothers him about what CLARK has written in a new book vs. what CLARK told the Press back in August 2002 about BUSH's Policy making on Al Qaeda.
