What I really love about that quote is that it gives an insight of Pres. Bush as a downhome type of guy: "Quit swatting at flies!"

It also shows he knew that the existing method of dealing with AQ was not working. But rather than being the "knee-jerk reactionary cowboy" the Partisan Media (PM) would have you believe, He wants to do a complete re-assesment of national policy.

Of course, as Rush pointed out yesterday, the new DNC/PM line of attack is that Bush is failure because he is NOT a "knee-jerk reactionary cowboy".
