Angle had to get White House clearance to release the tapes and transcript. He aired them as soon as he was cleared.

Nah, he wasn't sandbagging, he was probably searching through hundreds of tapes. Then he had to get clearance from the WH because it was on background. He found it and got the clearance this morning.
