Yeah, Someone asked Rummy yesterday about that tape and how it got leaked.

I was waiting for Rummy to ask the 9-11 Commission why "they" leaked it.

(Of course there's no evidence how the tape got leaked, but IMO it came out of the 9-11 commission.)
