No, the white house didn't issue this tape. This tape was in the hands of the media since 2002! The white house gave the go-ahead for Jim Angle to make public this tape of Clarke.

lol lol Bob Kerrey did not have any to begin with, after all he told us that bjclinton was a liar and a very good one and did not do one thing to change the "INTEL" gathering status while on the INTEL Committee.

When Clarke gave the background briefing he was part of the administration and said today that he was told by the administration to give it.
Fox asked the White House if they could waive "background" on it and the WH agreed.
Kerrey is full of crap.
