Virginia doesn't have party registration, and I'm pretty sure we don't party ballots either - so what the heck is Clarke talking about when he says that he asked for a Republican ballot in the 2000 election?

He claimed he voted on the Republican presidential primary in 2000.

His answer was a very well coached answer, and if it is a lie then he surely did not expect anyone to listen to his answer.

He seems to think the only thing that anyone wants to hear and talk about is what a horrible job President Bush did.
