Does it seem like George Tenet is a peeved that he has to testify? His force seems a bit angry this morning. Of course, if the female yuckness was talking to me, I'd probably be crabby too.

Tenet only has one ax to grind here, and its the CIA's. The CIA doesn't like when it isn't listened to with rapt attention, which is why Tenet sometimes hits the President with those digs. Its business, not personal. Tenet has done a good job leading a crippled CIA, but knows this President isn't the one who crippled it.

Clarke, however, is a dispicable swine who betrayed the country and this President. Feral pigs wouldn't dine on such a filthy person.
