I'm not going to be able to see the testimony today, bit i hope someone finally raises a point that Judge Napolitano on FNC brought up this morning: Toon's executive order banning assassinations. Why didn't anyone ask about or refer to that yesterday? When did Toon sign it, and why? I'd also like to know if Kerry would sign one if he's elected. Someone should pin down Ketchup Boy on that.

I can't watch this morning either as I have to be out of the house by 8:45. Clarke is scheduled for afternoon and I'm going to be able to watch him.

That is an EXCELLENT point about the executive order and I'll try to remember to raise it on the live thread and elsewhere.
