They don't want your kids to see a difference in people. You see, that's a good thing.This is one of the root problems over there: the adults literally can't see "the other side" as human beings. They're "things" or "animals" to them. Until they can see the humanity in the other side, discussion of peace are out of the question.

I definitely agree with that. It just struck me that she would come right out and say something, though. I mean, anyone would look at that quote and say, "Wow, no that's a problem."
It would almost be better if we just let them go at it for awhile and come back later. Of course, then we'd be considered cruel and inhumane.
