I don't have a real problem with it at all. However, it doesn't do a damn thing to stop illegal immigration.

Of course, you don't want to actually eliminate any public benefits, just restrict who may access them. Forgive for wondering about whether or not you simply want a bigger chunk of the welfare pie for yourself.

Now, one more time, Joe: are you willing to present valid identification on demand of any federal law enforcement agent, on penalty of arrest, without probable cause? THAT is going to be the only thing that gets illegal immigrants deported.

OK, Joe. You willing to accept Federal officers being able to question you and demand valid identification without any probable cause?

What specifically here do you have a problem with? If you could offer a scenario where you, as a law abiding, legal citizen would personally have a problem with this proposal.

You seem to have a conflict here. And no, I wouldn't have a problem with it at all. People are arrested for not showing ID to the local cop on demand for minor traffic infractions. Happens all the time. Most legal citizens always carry their ID with them. What's the big deal. Given the gravity and severity of this invasion of millions, not to mention the security risk to this nation, I think it's about time we start finding out who in the hell is in the house, since the federal government continues to want to leave our doors and windows wide open to the house.

What about all the other things that could be done that have been mentioned thousands of times here on this forum and everywhere else? Why have they not been implemented, since the overall *majority* of American's want something done about this chaotic open border free for all.

You stated earlier that it's the citizens fault that government has grown and continues to grow and take more and more of our money. Since the majority want something done, why is the government standing silent on this. Seem to be a conflict with your position.
