I thought this nut fell out of a tree last year and was either injured badly or killed??

If a few of them are caught vandalizing an auto dealership and shot and killed by said owner or a few lumberjacks catch a few of them spiking trees and hang 'em in that same tree and leave them there, i'll bet my last pair of clean sox that elf will go mute and turn invisible....if not not, shoot and hang a few more of them.
