I have never, and will never, visit the other side of the Atlantic. Why would I want to give people who spit on us my money? There is plenty of history and geological beauty right here in the US, more than one could see in their lifetime.

I used to want to travel to Scotland. Well, I understand the sentiment, but Manchester is in England, not Scotland. Ok, I'm picking nits, and yes, the problem is just as bad up there as in England. Sorry state of affairs in the UK, that's certain.
