One more thought: It doesn't sound like this is "breaking news". In other words, it PROBABLY has something to do with an event that occurred one or two years ago. This is just titillation on behalf of CNN.
I hope I'm wrong, but this will probably turn out to be inconsequential...

Except that doesn't correspond with the comment that the news is 'embargoed.' My guess is it's news of a military operation, with no conclusion to report at this time. That is, "We're still hunting bin Laden" and not much more.
