Basically - yes. If there had been enough eveidence to bring charges back in the 70's - they would have been brought. Since there was constant FBI surveillance of the VVAW and they didn't have "the goods" on him then - what makes you think there is more/new evidence now? The fact that the alphabet nets aren't covering it bigtime doesn't mean that it won't go somewhere. It is being mentioned. It has legs, and it will walk all over the country.
