March 23, 2004 -- LOS ANGELES - Former Long Island Lothario Joey Buttafuoco pleaded guilty to auto-insurance fraud yesterday and immediately began serving a one-year jail term.
With good behavior and Los Angeles County's policy of early release for nonviolent offenders, Buttafuoco will probably serve only six months in jail, prosecutors said.
