Morning. Thanks for the ping and the new thread rb.
After watching LKL and Greta last night I really started to think about the Sawyer interview. Everyone was talking about how the tapes showed he was lying about Laci being ok about the affair, the thing about the nursery. Well Laci is not able to testify to prove that a lie.
But what no one mentions is that in that interview, he said he told LE about the affair on the first night, when in fact he did NOT tell LE about the affair until confronted with the photos of him and Amber. LE will be able to testify about "Big Lie #1." He also says in that interview that he told Amber the truth about being married and his wife big "missing" early on, and that the inappropriate relationship was over. The tape recorded phone calls and Amber's testimony will go to prove "Big Lie #2.
IMO these two things are BIG. Definitely shows consciousness of guilt.
