Now, what the grand strategery is behind this, I don't know.


Three points about dem strategery -

They live in the past

"Lying crook" worked against Nixon, the formative years of the whole clinton machine

"Liar" was the most hurtful charge against clinton, so they started immediately on Bush with the same charge.

I can see where the Bush Admin. would be wary of Clarke since the previous admin. had been utterly ineffective in regards to terror. Clarke is undermining the war on terror as we speak. Will the media call him on that?

Pleasant thought to ponder..the fact that the Dems are sooo rabid means that they're really desparate..they have doubts about Kerry...and that fact that they keep running up the McCain for VP trial balloon is also a sign of their panic..they know Kerry can't win...
