Since you know about these things, my flintlock has a custom 47" Getz swamped barrel and a Chambers Deluxe lock. Is yours a Harpers model or an early Springfield?

Harper's model, converted from flintlock, rifled barrel - an armory piece, was at one point chromed. Shoots great, especially when I get out the .69 slug mould.
My favorite flintlock at the moment is a swivelbreech .45 cal by GL Jones. Fire, pull back on hammer, rotate front of barrel, full cock, aim, fire. Groups real nice, and it's not too hefty due to the swamped barrels.
