Hey, it's the same as it ever was:
"If it bleeds, it leads."
BTW, Helluva job Bud Grant. The Original Viking!

They hate [CBS news anchor] Dan Rather because he only wants to talk about who got killed.
I stopped watching Rather and CBS a long time ago. Rather is simply unbearable. I have to watch the CBS network now and then because I do watch the AFC (Patriots) and CBS has the contract.
Jennings and ABC are no better than CBS, but I do try to keep tabs on them as much as I can. I believe that it is important to at least have some sense of what less discerning folks are being fed by these media subversives. They too like to report only negative things when it comes to Iraq, and anything that they feel will reflect negatively on the Bush Administration. The slanting and presentation of the "news" is incredible.
Thanks for the post.

Isn't Dan Rather the (Out of wedlock) child of Walter Cronkite? Like father like son, eh?

Former Vikings coach Grant visits Iraq troops [who blast Dan Rather, presstitutes]
Well, in my book, Coach Grant has won "The Big One" with this report.
(I always figured he was a stand-up guy...as he was a model for hunting clothes in
the Cabela's catalog, IIRC.)

Dang, I'm surprised to hear Bud Grant is still alive and kicking, but that he's kicking lib-media ass for US troops in the Middle east, well that's just too much!!!
