I see a big trend with the children of Boomers. Their kids don't even talk to them.
I have two sisters, both boomers (1953 & 1956) One chose a boyfriend over her children when the kids were 9 & 11. Both kids are grown with children. The boy does not see his mother at all, the girl rarely.
The other sister is a newly out of the closet lesbian, flaming liberal with Munchausen Syndrome. Two marriages, three kids. She has rarely seen her grandson and only found out about her granddaughter through the grapevine.

All of this makes me so sad. The Bible says that in the time of the end people would be "unthankful" and "having no natural affection".
To have grey hairs is a thing of honor. To be a parent and a grandparent is one of the most wonderful things a person can experience.

Sad, but absolutely true. I've seen a number of instances where the perpetual immaturity of the boomers has come back to bite them in the a** with their adult children and grandchildren.
