Like the Swiss, the best way to be free is to be prepared for the worst.I thought they were neutral and their philosophy was "kill them with chocolate and the annoying tick-tock of clocks!". ;-)

That and everyone and his uncle likes to shoot! Neutrality isn't always the right choice, but our arms will protect the Republic if we can keep them.
