There are so many untruths in this paragraph I wouldn't even know where to begin, so I will just say this... Has this guy seen the recent polls from liberal sources like the NYtimes and MSNBC showing Bush ahead significantly?

Cheney was great in that speech out at the Reagan Library. He could still ratchet up a notch or two, and really fire up the base.
