I think you are wrong about the Perot voters. I knew a lot of them, my husband included. They would not have voted for Clinton, and I'm sure they would have voted for Bush.

I think Perot definitely took votes from Bush, and that's how Clinton got elected.

Now, Bush did run a horrible campaign, and I think he could have easily have pulled those votes back for him. However, he did not fight at all.

I knew a number of Perot voters too, disgruntled Republicans ALL. They would *never* have voted for Clinton & they would *never* have stayed home. They believed the little creep (Perot) & he deliberately duped them. Some of them have admitted to being fooled by him. Others continue to lie to themselves.
