IMHO...this was a bogus election. A 'victory' by less than 30,000 votes. The number of "invalid" election forms tripled since the election 4 yrs ago to 330,000+ ballots. This indicates a high possibility of some tampering.

IMO you are wrong. See post #19.

Yes...I am familiar with this report. What factors into this is that there were 2 votes being held and on 2 separate ballots. The Presidential election ballot and the ballot for the 'China Referendum.'

While the presidential election results raises some very solid questions, the 'China Referendum' vote was soundly rejected at the voting booth. The voters simply did not vote on Chien's 'China Referendum' ballot. They left it blank, showing their disagreement with his plans. The high number of voters who did this strongly suggests that they also did not vote for Chen.

Thus the questions.
