Very naive. Hundreds of billions of encrypted bytes are flowing through the internet an hour. With 128-bit encryption, there is really no way to decrypt them.

Fortunately, the Islamists are somewhat lacking in technical sophistication. But if you go to Google groups and look at alt.anonymous.messages, you'll at least glimpse the tip of the iceberg.
