We are representing 84 countries united against a common danger, and joined in a common purpose. I saw Peter Jennings complain that he only counted 83 countries. I believe the one he forgot to count is the United States. LOL!

ABC reporters were just beside themselves after the speech. They had to remind everyone of their view of the war before returning to regular programing.

A great speech! Simple, courageous, and direct. This is the hallmark of a great nation, led by a great President. Bill Clinton and John F'ing Kerry can chew their hearts out. Imagine Slick Willie lamenting the fact that fate did not serve him up with such an historic "legacy-building" opportunity.

George W. Bush would have preferred to fight with irrelevance as a "selected rather than elected" POTUS rather than have this Cup thrust on him, but he does his duty and focuses all of his management skills and poker-playing style to meet the challenge of the WOT head-on.
