This verse continues to be quoted to somehow support all of the extra biblical practices of the Roman church. Does it not occur to you that if God wanted you praying to dead people He would have put one, just one, instance of it in the Bible, old or new....? By this logic anything could become "authoritative" I like you guys but some of the stuff you do is a bit goofy to me.
