Tom said he has 8 witnesses to Kerry's being in KC and at the 'kill the Senators' meeting.Given that the Ketchup Lady's Boy-Toy had presidential ambitions before he went through puberty, I have a hard time believing he would put himself in a position to be in the room when a subversive assassination plot was being discussed.
