It's quite clear this press release is a calculated decision by the Kerry campaign, that hopefully will put an end to any future questions about Kerry's outrageous statements, concerning unnamed foreign leaders endorsing his campaign.
One problem. It won't work.
If not another leader says anything..we know the importance the foreign leaders are to him..but he's a UN kind of guy.
