They deploy "ethnic" front groups to whip up liberal guilt about "people of color" and stories about illegals not being able to drive their children to school.
That's the chaff. Indeed, since people of color who are residents and citizens of this country are disproportionately affected, licenses for illegals is objectively a racist policy.
The business interests with short-term profit taking views have united with the lefties and guilt-liberals to strip the American middle class of its "lifestyle", holding hands and singing Kumbaya while they're doing it.
