I thought conservatives stood for individual liberty and limited government, not forced moralism and draconian nanny-statism.

The former are libertarians, not conservatives. Nobody here represents the latter. Of course, I realize that you are not attacking anyone because we all know you never do that. But, just in case you had forgotten, we had laws against sodomy for decades without being a government of forced moralism and draconian nany-statism.

Well then, I stand corrected. For the record, conservatives do not stand for individual liberty and limited government. Guess I'm glad to be a libertarian in that case.
