I just visited this site, and left them a little message to chew on:

Well, whaddayaknow - a leftist discussion board which considers sowing doubt through half-truths and false self-representation to be a bona-fide tactic, all in the name of moderation.

You folks are caricatures... in claiming to be "moderate" and "honest"; in avowing yourselves to be "tolerant"... you base your actions using the very same sort of discordance you claim to stand against. You are so tolerant, that you will use lies in condemning those of a different viewpoint. And, since everybody knows that you are right, it follows therefore that my opinion must be wrong.

There's a phrase that aptly describes people who resort to this "constructive thought process": I call you "Hegel's Whores".

Hypothesis - Antithesis - Synthesis, leading to a new hypothesis... Nothing really matters, because nothing is really perfect... the ends justify the means. Oh, and I say these things to you with the full knowledge that you are all Ubermenschen, especially compared to us hayseeds from fly-over country. Where would we be without you???

You're right. They operate on The End Justifies the Means. They are so sure that they know what is best for us, despite all evidence to the contrary, that they are willing to use any tactics (lying, deception, subversion) to get their way.

They are so detached from reality that they actually imagine that they can turn the world upside down and that they themselves will be able to go through the whole thing unscathed. From their safe, warm cocoons, they support a monster which, when it is full grown, will eat them.
