based on what? you need probable cause to get a search warrant. I hope we haven't reached the point where taking photographs constitutes probable cause.

I would hope that dirty Arabs photographing refineries and tanker ships is probable cause for home searches and deportation to Gitmo.

then we've just lost the war on terror domestically with that kind of attitude. we'll have to wait until they blow up a refinery or a tanker before we can do anything to them. you can't handle the war on terror like you would a criminal investigation. that's what clinton did, what kerry would do, treat it like a law enforcement activity. unless these guys can come up with a plausible story as to why they were videotaping a refinery, search them.
